Welcome to the WorkSitter Policies page. We value transparency and clarity in our services and want to ensure you fully understand our policies. Below, you'll find detailed information on our cancellation policy, VA task delivery expectations, and general terms of service.

Cancellation Policy

Because showing up for WorkSitter is showing up for yourself; that is, literally, the secret sauce. You can cancel, but you won’t get your money back unless you cancel one week in advance.

  • Weekly VA Hours and Sessions: Do not roll over. Any unused time will be used to work on your Overflow tasks or further develop your SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

  • Vacation Policy: Going on vacation? Great! We will convert WorkSitter Sessions or Team meetings to VA hours.

📌 For Large Memberships (Part-Time or Full-Time Support)

For larger memberships where a teammate is dedicated part-time or full-time to your business (such as account management or embedded support roles), we require a 1-month paid cancellation notice.

This means that if you choose to end your membership, one final 4-week billing cycle will be completed before your membership officially ends. This policy helps us ensure a stable and professional experience for both you and your dedicated teammate.

VA Task Delivery Expectations and Accounting

Our team works diligently to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Regular Delivery: 3-5 business days turnaround (1 hour spent = 1 hour charged).

  • Rush Delivery: 1 business day turnaround depending on availability (1 hour spent = 2 hours charged).

Note: WorkSitter does not work on Saturdays and Sundays unless agreed upon with your teammate.

We work with many amazing Visionaries like yourself and manage your tasks as our time is reserved. Additionally, if you would like us to hold time on our calendars regularly (e.g., 9-9:15 am every workday to check emails/messages/tasks), we will hold it and charge for that time.

The tasks generated by this check-in will be added to our to-do lists as per the VA Task Delivery Expectations and Accounting listed here.

  • Minimum Charge: We charge a 15-minute minimum for work sessions.

  • Availability:
    - We are available to respond to emails Monday through Friday, 9-3 pm EST, and observe all US Holidays. We generally do not work on weekends unless otherwise arranged with your teammate.
    - Our teammates will wait for you for up to 15 minutes. If we don’t receive any notice from you prior to the meeting or within that time, the teammate will close the meeting and mark it as delivered. Your teammate’s time is just as valuable as yours, and respecting the time they dedicate to supporting you is a way of respecting both their work and your own goals.
