These sessions are GREAT for organic delegation by having your VA accompany you/watch you complete a process and document it!

WorkSitter Sessions:
Focus: These sessions are about the WorkSitter (Virtual Assistant) supporting you in keeping track of your tasks, providing accountability, and assisting you in staying focused.
Primary Goal: Helping you stay productive by managing your tasks and maintaining momentum.
WorkSitter Role: The teammate acts as a guide and support to ensure you are moving through your to-do list, helping manage distractions, and ensuring progress.
Rate: $13.50

WorkElevation Sessions:
Focus: Both you and your VA are working simultaneously, fostering a collaborative environment.
Primary Goal: These sessions are designed for co-working, live collaboration, and organic delegation with your teammate. The WorkSitter accompanies you, works on its set of tasks, watches you complete processes, and documents them. This allows for better future delegation, helps you solve or complete tasks, and promotes shared understanding of tasks.
WorkSitter Role: The teammate works live on tasks and processes you assign, observes and documents processes as you work. It's a more collaborative setup, emphasizing co-working with your teammate.
